Sales Manager (f/m)
with architectural background

Duties & responsibilities:

• Customer acquisition for Spa, Hotel, medical health and therapy center projects
• Customer retention management as well as strengthening and expansion of the existing
  network
• Presentation, discussion and modification of design & equipment concepts with customers
• Project Management from customer acquisition to successful realization of projects
• Market research and development
• Customer Relationship Management
• Controlling and monitoring of sales and marketing activities
• Project controlling, documentation and supervision
• Close cooperation with the Austrian Head Office

Qualifications:

• Successful graduated commercial and/or technical education (ideally in the field of architecture, facility management, international business or similar)
• Working experience in real estate, architecture or consulting
• Excellent English and Russian language skills
• Strong sales & consulting personality
• Tough communication and negotiation skills as well as excellence in finalizing deals
• Strong business network in CEE
• Self dependent working personality with strong organizational skills
• Efficient in handling international projects with cross cultural competence
• Willing to travel
