The Seatrade – the most imporatant cruise ship show in Europe took place in Hamburg this year. It was a meeting of the whole cruise ship industry presenting latest products, technics and trends. Also Schletterer Wellness & Spa Design took the opportunity and presented their performance range. Heinz Schletterer, together with his team, designed and realised the spas of around 20 cruise liners so far. One of them is the popular Queen Mary II. The two Senior Consultants of Schletterer Wellness & Spa Design, Adrian Egger and Martin Röhle did not just enjoy the german hospitality but they were very pleased about the cordial refreshment of many clients relationships and about the meeting of many potential partners.

Mr. Schletterer was invited to attend a panel discussion and impart his knowledge on spa design, finance, development and management. He was also asked to speak about the subject of spa in an expert meeting.
Alpshealthcomp 2007
The international EU-project Alpshealthcomp wants to establish a competent network in order to boost competitiveness in the Alpine region and to consolidate the region`s market position as a first-class destination for the health and spa industry. The project partners want to achieve professional and economic cooperation on an international level by exchanging experiences and knowledge and offering advanced training in order to create a top-quality range of services for both residents and guests.
Among the experts invited to workshops and lectures were Spa pioneer & expert Heinz Schletterer (CEO), Christoph Albrecht (director of marketing of Schletterer Wellness & Spa Design) and Adrian Egger (senior consultant of Schletterer Wellness & Spa Design). They were adding valuable practical knowledge to the convention. In addition, Heinz Schletterer was invited to act as a keynote speaker and spa expert at the final event of Alpshealthcomp to give a lecture on the development of the tourism industry within the Alpine region and its risks and chances. Adrian Egger, who was asked to give a lecture on the current importance of architecture and design, managed to inspire the audience with interesting contents and impressive pictures.
