Construction of a super extravagant residential building in one of the most expensive streets of Moscow. The luxury apartments will have a price per square metre of € 25,000. The 4,500 square metre ground floor and basement will include a magnificent spa area and a medical spa which will be available to the apartment owners and day guests via membership card. The entire spa area will include accessories made of gold and marble and will be equipped with Swarovski illumination.
We won`t be saving on luxury, neither with the equipment nor with the spa treatments. Caviar and gelee royal will form the ingredients for the especially designed treatments. The extravagant spa area will include a spacious Russian banja, private spa suites, a large swimming pool, and a gym where the emphasis is placed on cardio fitness (personal trainer included). Further attractions will be treatments with special herbs, brine baths, the unique holistic cocooning bed for various wet pack treatments and the 4 senses spa zone for total relaxation. The spa concept is brought to perfection with a large beauty salon which offers facials, manicure, pedicure, cosmetics and a hairdresser.
